Rates and Policies
Registration
There is a non-refundable, yearly registration fee of $40 for each WSB family. The fee is due upon registration for classes, beginning June 2023. Payment of this fee will reserve your place in class and signify enrollment.
Tuition
Tuition is due on or before the first day of each month. The monthly fee is the same regardless of the number of classes in the month. A $15 late fee will be added for tuition received after the 10th of the month.
Students who miss class due to illness or scheduling problems are encouraged to make up class. There is no refund for missed classes.
Students may withdraw from class at any time without incurring additional fees. A written notice must be sent at the time of withdrawal. If a student withdraws mid-month, tuition is still due for that month. Students are responsible for tuition and will be billed until written notice is received.

Tuition is based on the number of hours taken each week, per family.
45 min–1 hr / week: $60 / month
1.5 hr / week: $87 / month
2 hr / week: $112/ month
3 hr / week: $156 / month
4 hr / week: $192 / month
5 hr / week: $220 / month
6 hr / week: $252 / month
7 hr / week: $252 / month
8 hr / week: $280 / month
9 hr / week: $304 / month
10 hr / week: $324 / month
11 hr / week: $340 / month
12 hr / week: $374 / month
13 hr / week: $400 / month

ATTIRE
Please refer to the Dress Code for required attire. Hair should be pulled back from the face and off the neck. The best way to accomplish this is the classical bun, provided the hair is long enough. Ballet shoes must have the elastic sewn on properly and should not be worn outside. Please put your name on each article of dancewear.
Recital
All students are eligible to perform in the Spring Recital. Each participating student will be required to purchase a costume for each class taken. The fee is $75 per costume and is due on or before December 1st, 2023.
Each family will pay a recital fee of $30 per family which will be due on or before March 1st, 2024. This fee pays for theater rental for the week of recital.
Attendance
Regular and punctual attendance is required. Absence hampers the student’s progress and slows down the class as well. In order to insure supervision, it is important to drop off and pick up your child not more than ten minutes before and after class. Please remember this when dropping off your child for class.
Class Visits
Parents are invited to observe classes two times during the year. However, if you feel there is a problem within the class which needs your attention please discuss this with the instructor to schedule further class observation.
Holidays and Weather
We follow the Cherokee County School District for all closings due to inclement weather. For all other holidays, please refer to our calendar. Holidays will be made up in the course of our year. Weather related cancellations are not made up.
