Fill out the Registration Form on this page in full, indicating which classes you’re interested in. You can also visit the studio during operating hours to fill out a form, or print and mail your form + check to the address below.

Registration will not be confirmed until we receive your Registration Fee of $40.00 per family. Registration Fee may be paid in person at the studio; or send a check by mail to:
